Definitely good reminders. Going to try these when I meet the ladies I V.T. tomorrow. I share way too much info to people who barely know me, not giving them a chance to enjoy the good in me and relax with me. So, tomorrow I'm only going to be positive, listen more, smile more and start healing how I am and hopefully making better relations. Thanks sis!
